A sandwich man is a person whose business is to pedestrian traffic in the streets carrying two placards advertising, a front and the other on the back, connected by straps over the shoulders.

Several actions are prohibited as regards the street Marketing:

- Distribute or throwing of a vehicle of propectus printed, various objects in a few goals whatsoever.
- Drop off or throw in all or part of the public highway and in the buildings of public utility, or on the benches walks, all  papers, printed matter, newspapers, leaflets
- Distributed newsletters, flyers and other documents throughout France day of balloting.

First rule of the marketing street: identify the places of gathering of the typical population to lead a very targeted operation.

 The advantage of the marketing street: weak costs, which have nothing to do with those of the broadcast advertising.

For that, it uses the street or the diverse public places to set up operations of promotion for a brand.

Formerly limited to the distribution of flyers or to men’s use sandwiches, the street marketing become more and more innovative.
